The current, standard company health and welfare benefits (health, dental, vision, and voluntary supplemental life and disability insurance coverages) are offered to all employees regardless of position. We also offer a 401(k) with pre tax or post tax options that includes a company match of 100% up to 6% of the employee's contribution. You will become eligible for our health and welfare benefits on the first day of the month following 60 days of employment. Employees of Petro Towery Inc., are eligible for six paid holidays each calendar year, plus the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. Paid Time Off is offered to all employees as well, per company policy. Because we believe in investing as much as possible into the growth of our employees, we also offer Professional Development and Tuition Reimbursement Assistance of up to $5,250 per calendar year to cover costs associated with tuition, certification and licensing, workshops, conferences, training, seminars, exams, etc. We like to promote a culture of teamwork, and to do so, all employees are encouraged to participate in engagement events such as the company Christmas Party and the 4th of July cookout, with costs covered by Petro Towery.
